What we build against
We build against WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the target. That is a standard, not a certificate — nobody audits us on it, so treat this page as what we are aiming at and what we have actually done, not as a claim of compliance.
Done
What is in place
- Every image that carries meaning has a text description; decorative artwork is marked so a screen reader skips it
- The whole site works from the keyboard, and the focus outline is left visible rather than styled away
- Text contrast is checked against the AA threshold, and the type scales with your browser's font size instead of being pinned in pixels
- Motion — the drifting stars, the scroll reveals — stops entirely if your system is set to reduce motion
- Headings run in order so a screen reader can navigate by structure, and every tap target clears 44 pixels on a phone
Not done
What we know is not done
- No independent audit has been carried out. Everything above is our own testing.
- The site has not been tested end to end with JAWS or NVDA, only with VoiceOver.
- Third-party embeds, if any are added later, are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.

We can also take a booking over the phone, in full, with no part of it needing the website at all.
