How the visit runs
What it does and what it does not
Cleaning the ducts removes what has settled in them and helps airflow, and on a system that has never had it done the difference is easy to see. It is not a cure for a system that is undersized, a filter that is the wrong grade, or a leak pulling attic air into the return. If one of those is the real problem you will hear that instead — cleaning ducts on top of it just means paying twice.
