The Flight Plan

Every Space Heroes visit runs the same way, in the same order. Here’s the whole thing, published. Including the part where we try to sell you a membership and the part where we ask for a review. You should know what’s coming before we ever pull in.

Call, text, or book online. A real person picks up. You get an appointment window we actually intend to keep, and if anything moves, you hear from us before the window closes, not after. Since we started logging arrival windows on Aug 4, we have kept every one: 3 of 3. Before anyone knocks, you get a text: your tech’s photo, name, years of saves, and a T-minus heads-up on arrival. Every crew member is background-checked, licensed, and in uniform. You’ll know exactly who’s at the door before you open it. If there’s a kid in the house, they’re leaving with a certificate, a sticker badge, and one official mission assignment: guard the thermostat, listen for strange noises from the vents, keep the pets clear of the work zone, or call out the first cold air when the system kicks back on. Kid’s at school? The certificate goes home with you for pickup delivery. This part is not optional for us. We don’t fix your system somewhere you can’t see and hand you a line item. You’re invited into the work like it’s a Space Camp exhibit. Hold the worn part and see why it failed. Feel the airflow at the vents. Watch the readings change live. On tune-ups, we photograph your coil and filter before and after, and the photos are yours, so you’re never taking our word for anything. After the assessment, your tech heads back to the ship to compile the field report. Nobody hovers in your kitchen working out numbers in front of you. You get a few minutes of your house back while the findings get put in writing. For anything bigger than a simple fix, the plan gets a second set of eyes: a quality control supervisor reviews the diagnosis and the work before it reaches you. Most of the time that means one clear fix with one written price. When the math gets close enough that a newer, more efficient system is worth weighing, you’ll see both options side by side with real numbers. The decision is yours, and there’s no clock on it. We don’t have “comfort advisors”; nobody in your house is paid to close you. Mission specialists show you what they found, answer everything, and let you pick what’s best for your home and your situation. Nothing proceeds without your clearance. Yes, we’ll offer you the membership, and here’s the exact pitch. Your $59 dispatch fee can upgrade: $89 for the first year, normally $130. That gets you two Pre-Flight Checks a year, spring and fall, half off future dispatch fees, and priority scheduling the week everyone’s system dies at once. Since the fee you already owe counts toward it, the real cost of joining is $30. That’s the whole pitch, and now you’ve read it before we said it. “No” is a complete answer, and it changes nothing about the work. “Did we earn a review and a referral today?” Both, every job, asked straight and out loud. The review: we’ll hand you a QR code on the spot, and we’ll take it exactly as you write it. The referral: a card for a friend, paper or a photo of it, pass it however you like. We never pay for reviews, never trade discounts for them, and never screen who gets asked. The job is done when the system works, the invoice matches the written quote, and the house is cleaner than we found it. Not before. That’s a day saved.

This page is a promise, not a brochure

That’s the visit. If any step doesn’t happen the way it’s written here, we want to know.
