How the visit runs
What we will and will not claim
The lamp runs continuously on the coil, so the coil stays clean, heat transfer stays where it should be, and the smell that comes off a fouled coil does not develop. That part is measurable and it is why we fit them. What we will not tell you is that a UV lamp sterilises the air in your house: air moving past at duct speed gets a fraction of a second of exposure, and anyone promising more than that is selling you something.
Before the knock a Hero Card lands in your texts with your Space Tech's photo, name and a T-minus heads-up. The price goes in writing before work begins, and the job is done when the system works and the house is cleaner than we found it.
Lamps are consumable. Yours gets checked at every Pre-Flight Check and we will tell you when it is due, not sooner.
