What we get called for
What we get called for
- Warm air from the vents with the system running
- Weak airflow, or one room that will not come down
- Water pooling around the indoor unit
- The outdoor unit humming but the fan not turning
- Ice on the line set or the coil
- It runs all day and never reaches the setpoint
How the visit runs
Honest diagnostics, lasting repairs
Failed capacitors, frozen coils, refrigerant leaks, seized contactors — most of it we carry on the ship and finish the same visit. You will watch the readings come back as the system recovers, because seeing it work is the part that actually settles the question.
Before the knock a Hero Card lands in your texts with your Space Tech's photo, name and a T-minus heads-up. The price goes in writing before work begins, and the job is done when the system works and the house is cleaner than we found it.
If it is not fixed the first time, the return visit is free.
