How the visit runs

Sized for the house you have

An oversized furnace short cycles, wears itself out and never evens out the rooms — and oversizing is the most common thing we find on replacements someone else did in a hurry. The calculation takes an hour. It is the hour that decides whether you like the system for the next fifteen years.

Before the knock a Hero Card lands in your texts with your Space Tech's photo, name and a T-minus heads-up. The price goes in writing before work begins, and the job is done when the system works and the house is cleaner than we found it.

You get the commissioning numbers in writing, same as every other visit.
